| Ms.
Alannah Hunt, Senior partner in Price Waterhouse, UK: I had considerable
dealings with Alannah by letters, faxes, emails and telephone conversations between early
1995 till 2000 as she was one of the key person in selecting a candidate for interview for
positions advertised by PW. She never called me for a meeting/interview despite my several
requests. She was efficient but not reflective as to what she was doing. She could not
fulfill criteria herself as to what she expected from others. Here are a few examples: |
| In her interview
with The Times of 15/10/95 (Enclosed article), she states "a propensity
to waffle is a definite black mark." She was referring to candidates who waffle in answering questions. On a few occasions, I asked whether she and her
associates have READ my papers about a particular position. She would only reply that they
have SEEN it. There is a distinct difference between READ and SEEN. There were several
others incidents with me when she simply waffled. |
| I was trying to
come to an amicable agreement with PW as to what they did to my prime years of my life. We
had an arrangement to talk on telephone earlier in the year 2000. On one hand, she told me that
she would talk to others in PW, yet she was involved at the same time in sending a bundle
of papers to a leading Bank in the US where a relative with my surname works. I had never even worked or
applied for any position in this bank but PW thought I worked there. This relative of mine was interviewed by the security Chief of
the Bank. What was PW trying to achieve with their bungled and incompetent operation in
the US? Comment Price Waterhouse executives were simply trying to intimidate me. |
| Mr.
Jermyn Brooks, Chairman: I reported to him that PW
practiced discrimination in their recruitment policies and their recruitment processes are
flawed. Furthermore I reported that Mr. Charles Macleod, Manager and Mr. Keith Bell,
Director of Recruitment (now ex) of PW lied and/or made untruthful statements under oath
in front Chairman Warren of Industrial Tribunal. Click here to view letters of 23/07/97 and
12/02/98 to Mr. Brooks. |
| Mr.
Keith Bell and Mr. Charles Macleod: These guys lied and/or made untruthful
statements under oath from a prepared statement drafted most likely with the assistance of
Ms. Karen Birch and Evershed solicitors. Mr. Bell also had relapses in his memory yet they
made up their prepared statements of our telephone conversations at a later date with help
of their solicitors while my notes of these conversations were made on the same day. In
one of my telephone conversation with Mr. Bell he told me that you can act
as a trouble shooter for us like Sir Harvey Jones former Chairman of Imperial
Chemical Industries but at the hearing he could not recall this. Mr. Macleod felt very
uncomfortable while reading his prepared statement. He was shaking his legs while reading
his statement and this was observed by Mr. Tim Williams who was present at the
proceedings. Yet Warren believed in their version of events. |
| I had
considerable correspondence, emails, faxes and telephone conversations with the named
executives of PW and many others in this company. Mr. Brooks and Alannah Hunt
started to block my emails to them after bungled and incompetent attempt of PW in sending bundle of papers about my case to a major bank in the US for
intimidation where PW thought I worked. |
