Dear Mr Brooks,This is to inform you that Mr Keith Bell, Director of Recruitment and Mr Charles MaCleod, Senior Recruitment Manager from Price Waterhouse read out prepared statements under oath in the above case. These statements were made up by both named executives of your company and Charles Macleod lied under oath. The copy of these statements were given to me by Eversheds before the scheduled hearing time on 9 February 98.
I am asking you to conduct full investigation into their made up statements & lies, and that Price Waterhouse sends me a log of all telephone calls made by the underlined personnel and their secretaries, and Ms Alannah Hunt from Price Waterhouse’s telephone numbers
(inclusive mobile telephones) to my telephone/fax numbers (Old telephone numbers have been removed as they are no longer valid) between 15 April 97 to 31 July 97 (both dates inclusive).
I shall be appealing against the decision and conclusions of the Chairman of the Industrial Tribunal. I am awaiting for your rapid reply.
